Fuck Bush

Some few short years ago, a young feller called Simon Shaw was waving a flag at one of those huge enormous demos we all went along to. This one was in Edinburgh, as I recall, and the writing on the flag caused him to get nicked for “inciting racial hatred”. Brighton’s Schnews featured him in their ‘Crap Arrest of the Week‘ feature and one Mr Mark Thomas took up his cause. You can read all about it here and there on the internet. One of the funnier moments was watching MT’s faithful crusties showering the pride of Scotland’s plod with tiny FUCK BUSH lettered confetti. Ah, those were the days.

Some enterprising souls had these gorgeous tee shirts made, and for reasons lost in the dimmer mists of history, a very few pristine, still wrapped and gorgeously untouched, remain in our possession.

Made by Ethical Threads, the shirts are in exceptionally soft, organic, fair trade cotton, in black only. The front is pretty well um, explicit, and on the back is a list of the companies that chipped in with dosh for Dubya’s electioneering expenses.
