We’ve got live-in and studio space at Number 7 to rent to photographers and photography-based artists!
We have a large double room, fully furnished, for an artist-in-residence. And shared darkroom and studio space is available too. Please get in touch if you know anyone looking for a photography residency or if you know people looking for studio space on a sessional basis.
Our very first resident artist, Antony Chambers‘ time at Number Seven is about to end soon, and although we will be sad to see him go, we are delighted that life is offering him new opportunities to flourish. We are secretly hoping that he’ll be able to put us on a show before he goes, since a lot of his work in and around the area is uniquely intriguing.
Shared studio space is available to people who want to join our Number Seven Team, on an annual basis. We’re looking for people who are interested in the traditional darkroom side of things, and people who are energetic and active. Doers! Prices start at around £50 per month, which includes priority use of the wet darkroom, and up to £250 per month for the residential space.
We’ve moved the website over at Number 7 which has meant rather a lot of faffing about mending broken links and replacing photos. It should be sorted now, but please let us know if you see anything broken.
