Why oh why don't Brian Gardner's Pages have comments? I do love his work, but: Duh. It does? Grrr, I’m a bit goggle-eyed here after so many different iterations. I’m not completely happy, but have decided to make more of brendadada.com with an install of something like this monochrome gallery so here needs to be kept pretty simple, I think.

Why oh why don’t Brian Gardner’s Pages have comments? I do love his work, but: Duh.

As for Akismet, if you wipe it out and upload the version that comes with the Wordpress 2.5 download then it should work fine - I didn't have any problems with it. The only plugin that doesn't work for me so far was the thing that displays similar posts - but given that tagging has changed a lot in this version, and includes many of the things that that plugin did, I expect it's due a major revision before that's fixed. Definitely looks nice here though so far :) It looks nice and clean which is lovely in my book!
