Secret cameras for street wardens

Miniature cameras are to be worn on the body of street wardens in Co Durham, who’ll apparently be using them to film fly tipping and um, social disorder. Someone back in an office somewhere will have the job of downloading files mostly made while the camera-wearer is moving and something confrontational is going on. Apart from the social implications and cost of this, I’m wondering what use the output is going to be, given that most cameraphone users, standing perfectly still, rarely manage to achieve results of other than artistic merit. Durham plod are also bulk spamming texting people in Peterlee and Seaham if they think we haven’t locked our cars. I’m not kidding.
